Fun and Food in the School Holidays 2022

If your child is eligible for benefits-related free school meals, they can attend The Sports Trust’s holiday clubs free of charge this summer holidays!

The Sports Trust is offering free places at their summer holiday camps for children aged 4 – 16 (up to 18 for SEND) that are running from 25th July to 2nd September 2022.

Who are The Sports Trust?

The Sports Trust are a not-for-profit charity working across Folkestone, Hythe and Romney Marsh to celebrate sport as a powerful tool for social improvement. They work across schools, sports clubs and the local community to dismantle barriers to participation in sport.

The Sports Trust run holiday camps every school holiday across Folkestone 51, Three Hills Sports Park and Folkestone Sea Sports. Each camp offers a safe and supportive environment where children can learn, be active, eat well and thrive in the holidays.

How does it work?

Families of children aged 4 to 16 years (plus young people with SEND aged 16 to 18), who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals, can access the holiday camps for free.

At every holiday camp, children will enjoy a nourishing and tasty meal as well as taking part in engaging activities and experiencing something new.

Families eligible for free school meals will receive vouchers at the end of June which they can use to book places at the holiday camps online.
