Fireman Sam comes to The Beacon!

Much fun was had trying on protective clothing, helmets and sitting in the fire engine! Our pupils was also given the opportunity to try out a real fire hose.

Many students attended an assembly as part of the educational visit, the assembly focused on fire safety and the importance of smoke alarms.

Thank you to the Kent Fire and Rescue service for giving up their time to visit us here at The Beacon!
