Egypt receive a letter from the Queen

Pupils in Egypt class have been learning about British values, as part of their Citizenship lessons. This work included learning about the Royal family and the Queen.

Pupils decided that the best person to get information from would be the Queen herself. Pupils planned and wrote letters asking the Queen questions that they would like answered.

These questions included

‘How many dogs do you have and what are their names?’
‘Is your crown comfortable on your head?’
‘What do you eat for breakfast?’

Pupils also made the Queen’s head out of salt dough and decorated it to add texture and colour.

The pupils are all very proud of their work and so pleased that they got a reply from Buckingham palace.

Well done!
