A busy spring in the Bahamas!

The children in Bahamas class have been working really hard this term, learning all about William Harvey, the Tudors and materials. We’ve been writing to our friends at Smeeth School, and we went to visit them with a picnic. We all agree though that our favourite day was when we all dressed up for World Book Day!

We started the new term by gaining two new friends and we now feel complete! We have learnt about William Harvey and why he has a hospital named after him.

We’ve been looking at the Tudors, comparing what they used to wear and what they used to play with, with what we have now.

This term we have been writing letters to our friends at Smeeth Primary School, and we even went over to visit them and had a nice picnic. We hope they come to visit us here soon.

Finally, our favourite day was World Book Day. It wasn’t hard to spot a Wally, we had three! Everyone looked fabulous, including the Thing1 and Thing2 TAs!
