Antigua: Summer Update

Antigua students had a wonderful experience during our History enrichment day, experiencing WW2.

During our weekly Senseology lesson, the students experienced textures and materials using their feet as well as hands. They all thoroughly enjoyed such a wonderful experience.

A few students have participated in a Stretch and Move programme which incorporates movement to a familiar story, such as The Gruffalo. Such a wonderful way to get children active.

For our PHSE enrichment day, the students embarked on a sensory experience, dressing up as refugee’s and learning how they may live once they reach this country. They were able to re-enact a boat trip in which they wore life jackets and pretended to cross the sea to England.
