Anti-Bullying Day 2017
On Tuesday the 14th November The Beacon held an anti-bullying awareness day. The theme this year was “All Different, All Equal”
In zone 2 classes created an ‘All About Me’ collage and made connections with other classes. Anti-bullying posters were designed, drama was a favourite activity, short scenarios were performed. The day rounded off with an assembly by Cost Rica.
During the assembly 5 students who attended a training day at The Folkestone Academy to become Anti Bullying Ambassadors received their certificates and badges. These pupils will be our Anti Bullying Champions and will support pupils during unstructured times like playtime.
