Interventions and well-being

There are a range of interventions at The Beacon: these are appropriately planned to complement the curriculum by supporting pupil learning and interventions to promote their social and emotional well-being, whilst continuing to embed social and emotional skills through the curriculum.  School staff are supported by members of the NHS nursing team, SALT, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and the community paediatrician and psychiatrists.  We have the same goal for each and every child at The Beacon – that they will be supported to reach their full potential as confident, resilient and independent young people.
